1. Acknowledgment & Acceptance

By registering for an account or using the Thaiyari ecosystem—including LARA AI, Resume Craft, and Aptitude Arena—you agree to be legally bound directly by the terms highlighted herein. Minors under the age of 16 are required to get explicit consent from guardians.

2. User Accounts & Responsibilities

You assume full liability for the security architecture of your password hashes. You must strictly avoid uploading malicious payloads (e.g. macro-infused DOCX or PDF payloads) disguised as resumes to the Job Hunt portal.

3. AI Interactions & Disclaimers

LARA AI provides an emulated technical review environment. While its evaluations aim to closely mimic real-world technical matrices, these assessments are indicative, not deterministic. Thaiyari is not legally accountable for actual real-world corporate interview rejections based on LARA's feedback loop.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

The Pro and Team tiers operate on strict monthly billing cadences. Refunds are governed exclusively by our 14-day zero-usage return policy. Once premium quota parameters are hit, billing is non-refundable for the localized month cycle.
